The DKC50R is the compact controller used with MPX70, DYU3, MX116, MX22, and MX500 Mark II XG systems. It records and plays Standard MIDI Files and older E-SEQ songs, and it can be replaced with a DKC-850 upgrade.

Things to Know
This is a Mark II XG system. It can record performances and can also play the broader MIDI-file formats used by many later Disklavier songs.
A DKC-850 can replace this controller, but the installation requires the correct model-specific harness—not an ordinary VGA cable. On a PRO piano, the replacement operates in STANDARD mode and does not preserve PRO/XP recording.
