Who I would put this on the shortlist for
A beginner, returning pianist or compact home setup that does not need a three-pedal board or dedicated line outputs. It belongs on the same trial list as the entry-level Yamahas, not above them by default.
What to check before buying
There is Bluetooth MIDI, but not Bluetooth audio. The headphone socket doubles as the output. A DP-10 can add continuous pedal detection, but that does not create support for a three-pedal board.

I would check key response, pedal behavior and every socket the buyer intends to use. Faults I have discussed on much older Roland actions should not be transferred to current PHA-4 or PHA-50 designs.
