I live in Guelph, Ontario, CANADA. I have a Heintzman Grand with a PianoDisc 228CFX installed in it. Over the years I have bought numerous floppies with an intention of making a backup of them in case anything happened to the originals. Having no luck in this area I came across Alex’s site and emailed if he could possibly help me out. To my delight, he replied and said he could. Well, I sent him the floppies and with his expertise he made backups of them and returned them. I was extremely happy that all the floppies worked without any issues. He also made a backup on a USB stick for future use if I upgrade to the PianoDisc Prodigy 2 system. I can say how pleased and thankful to find someone like Alex to help me out. IF anyone out there ever needs help with older technology like floppies, then Alex is certainly the guy to contact! He was extremely helpful, quick on turn around and a pleasure to work with.
